This zine was created to tackle issues that arise when being vulnerable. An important personal project sharing vulnerable moments with aim to encourage other people to do the same. In my experience vulnerability creates open conversations with people and encourages connection. A deeply personal outcome exploring all things surfing, road trips, film and above all LOVE.

About the Zine
For the love of surf // Dating a Surfer is an illustrated zine filled with photographs taken on various surf trips and beach days around New South Wales, Australia. I wanted to document my personal thoughts, feelings, illustrations and imagery capturing my experience along the way.
An ode to falling in love, getting lost and discovering special places…
Sharing a world that is determined by the ocean and its waves, in the hopes that others can connect to this love. In whatever way that may be. hope that by sharing my experiences it inspires others to soak in their surroundings and feel confident to share some vulnerable and beautiful moments.
